Howdy All,
Today I had a question from someone. They asked, “How do I find out how many people are searching for muscle building workouts?”
Well it’s pretty simple. At least for Google it is. Yahoo and Microsoft used to have a program called Overture which they discontinued when Microsoft spun off and created AdCenter. Now neither of them have a good user friendly way of doing it.

Btw, the average search volume for “Muscle Building Workouts” in Google is 5400 searches monthly.
